2. About Ranthambore Safari Hub

Ranthambore Safari Hub is an online platform that assists travelers in booking government-authorized jungle safaris in Ranthambore National Park, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. We facilitate bookings for Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, and related wildlife tour services.

We act as an intermediary between customers and the Rajasthan Forest Department for the purpose of safari permit acquisition and are not the direct authority issuing forest entry permits.

3. Safari Booking and Permits

All safari bookings are subject to availability and approval by the Rajasthan Forest Department. Booking a safari through Ranthambore Safari Hub does not guarantee entry until the forest permit is officially confirmed.

• Safari zones are allocated by the Forest Department and cannot be guaranteed by Ranthambore Safari Hub.
• Bookings are subject to government rules, regulations, and seasonal restrictions.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence) is mandatory for all visitors.
• The same ID used during booking must be presented at the time of the safari.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are based on government-approved forest department rates. Prices may be updated without prior notice to reflect changes in government fees or taxes.

• Prices include applicable forest entry fees, vehicle charges, guide fees, and taxes as per government norms.
• Pick-up and drop-off from hotels are not included unless explicitly stated.
• Any additional charges imposed by the Forest Department at the time of entry must be borne by the visitor.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Safari bookings are governed by Rajasthan Forest Department policies. Cancellation and refund rules are as follows:

• Cancellations must be reported as early as possible to allow time for permit reprocessing.
• Refunds are subject to the Forest Department's cancellation rules applicable at the time of booking.
• In case a safari is not booked due to technical errors, non-availability of seats, or reasons beyond our control, a full refund will be processed to the customer's bank account.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

6. Modification of Bookings

Modifications to safari bookings (date changes, vehicle type, or nationality category) are subject to availability and Forest Department approval. Please contact our support team as early as possible to request any changes.

Ranthambore Safari Hub reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings in cases of natural calamities, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements or full refunds will be provided.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a safari through Ranthambore Safari Hub, you agree to:

• Carry a valid government-issued photo ID during the safari.
• Arrive at the designated safari gate at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Follow all instructions given by the safari guide, driver, and forest officials.
• Remain inside the safari vehicle at all times during the safari.
• Refrain from feeding, disturbing, or attempting to attract wildlife.
• Avoid loud noises, playing music, or any activity that may disturb animals.
• Not carry prohibited items such as weapons, alcohol, drugs, or plastic inside the park.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ranthambore Safari Hub acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for:

• Animal sightings or the absence of any specific wildlife during the safari.
• Delays, changes, or cancellations imposed by the Forest Department or government authorities.
• Weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Injuries, losses, or damages occurring during the safari or at the park.
• Any disputes between the customer and the Forest Department or third-party service providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ranthambore Safari Hub website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Ranthambore Safari Hub or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for safari booking, communication, and customer support purposes. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
